For a high-end apartment project on Madeira, Holland Aqua Sight realised fourteen custom-made acrylic underwater windows for seven infinity pools. A remarkable project in which engineering, architecture and an exclusive swimming pool experience have come together.

Exclusive character

Through their clear view, the underwater windows connect the water with the architecture and the surrounding landscape. In this way, an impressive viewing experience has been created from various perspectives and each swimming pool has acquired its own exclusive character.

Maximum design freedom

From a subtle viewing window to a fully transparent swimming pool wall, every underwater window by Holland Aqua Sight is custom-designed and tailored to the architecture of the project. Thanks to the design freedom of acrylic, virtually all dimensions and shapes are possible.

Tested, certified, and waterproof

All underwater windows are prefabricated in-house and fitted into a specially developed stainless steel frame. Each system is pressure tested and supplied with a test certificate, ensuring a reliable and watertight solution.
